$1500 per week (7 nights)

Rental Policies
We charge a $500 refundable damage deposit.
50% deposit is required to confirm your rental with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Departure cleaning is $250.
Pets require an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Taxes are included.
We accept PayPal, Zelle, cash, or Venmo.

Cancellation Policy
With more than 60 days notice, your reservation will be refunded in full less a 10% fee.
With 30-59 days notice, we will refund your reservation less a 25% fee.
If you cancel within 30 days, we will accomodate you at another time as possible.

If there is a Hurricane Warning issued for Abaco by NOAA less than one week prior to arrival, we will refund 75%, or reschedule your reservation to another available window.

We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for all reservations during Hurricane Season!
